Our Mission
Veteran Benefits Calculator provides free, accurate, and easy-to-use tools for service members, veterans, and their families to estimate military benefits. We believe that understanding your benefits should not require navigating complex government websites or paying for expensive software.
What We Offer
- BAH Calculator — Estimate Basic Allowance for Housing by ZIP code, pay grade, and dependency status using 2026 DoD rates.
- VA Disability Calculator — Calculate combined disability ratings with official VA Math (38 CFR § 4.25) and estimate 2026 monthly compensation.

Data Sources
All rates and tables used in our calculators come from official U.S. government sources:
- Department of Defense (DoD) — BAH rates
- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) — Disability compensation rates
- Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) — Military pay tables
We update our data annually when new rates take effect, typically in December or January each year.
